The Examined Life Project was established in May 2026 as a part of Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Reformed Indonesia’s service to the wider Indonesian community. The project aims to bring philosophy to people who are re-establishing their lives, such as those who are in rehabilitation or incarceration.
There are currently three modules being offered free of charge: on Plato’s Republic, Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics, and Epictetus’s Enchiridion. Each module consists of four sessions being delivered in-person by a professional philosopher.
